Local employers can advertise their job opportunities through the Learning Centre for free.
All job postings are displayed on our Job Board at the Learning Centre, as well as in the local newspaper, on Valemount Community Television and on our website.
Fill out our online job order form located in the links to the right, or call the Learning Centre to post your job. All local postings are updated with the employer on a bi-weekly basis.
Targeted Wage Subsidies
TWS is an employment program that provides employers with financial assistance towards wages of eligible individuals whom they hire. The program encourages employers to hire eligible individuals whom they would not normally hire in the absence of a subsidy. Click the Employment and Labour Market link to find out more.
