Vegetable Fermentation Including Sauerkraut

Learn to make delicious, home-made fermented vegetables easily on your countertop. In addition, learn how to make sauerkraut in a crock. Participants will be leaving with their very own jar of fermenting vegetables.  Registration is required 1 week in advance in order to have enough supplies.
