Administrative Services Coordinator, Part Time -

Hours:                     10 hours every week. 
                                Thursdays and Fridays 11:30 am - 4:30 pm preferred; however, may be flexible.
Job Description:     - Create a positive first impression for clients and visitors.

                                · Maximize the efficiency of service to clients by determining their needs and taking appropriate       

                                · Provide all administrative duties as needed, including tidying and cleaning the reception area.

Qualifications:          · The ability to observe confidentiality.

                                · Excellent customer service skills, in person and in writing.

                                · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

                                · The ability to demonstrate initiative, be conscientious, and provide complete follow through on

                                · Good understanding of computers and equipment, including working knowledge of Internet, 
                                  email programs, Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access and bookkeeping experience
                                  would be assets.

                                · The ability to manage and update VLC website (with training).

                                · Demonstrate flexibility with work, and feel comfortable with a team based work structure.
