Job Description: 
Looking for an office administrator for local real estate office. 
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, invoice payment and responding to telephone, emails, front counter inquiries. 
Create marketing materials- brochures, newspaper ads, display board (templates available),  update social media
Assist with completion of real estate transactions. 
Qualifications:
Knowledge and application of the following Microsoft Office Suite programs-  Outlook, Excel, Publisher, Word
Great customer service and communication skills
