If you are planning to sell food, the Guideline for the Sale of Foods at Temporary Food Markets, from the BC Centre for Disease Control lists Lower Risk foods which do not need a permit, and provides application forms for those wishing to sell Higher Risk foods, including selling food prepared on-site.

If you are selling High Risk foods, including foods prepared on site, you will need to include your Northern Health approvals with your application.
